Team Skills

Our family-run company offers a huge number of skills. In the pre-building phase, we can help with designing and drawing up plans, making planning applications, and navigating building control regulations.

We also have experts who can lay groundworks and drainage, do brickwork and stonework, lay flat and pitched roofs and plaster.

Building Services

As well as having all the skills "in house" to build your project we have extensive experience in under floor heating, stone work and structural steel and timber work.

We are very good at working from plan and spotting potential problems before a build starts. We always say to our clients "make your mistakes on paper, correct them, and then build it right".

We can also put you in touch with reliable proffessionals we have worked with over the years to get you plans and designs drawn up and will help guide you through the Planning and Building Control Regulations.

Project Management is also a service we can offer offer. Good project management on the larger build will save thousands of pound and hours of wasted site time.
